The honest answer: a well-scoped web MVP takes 6–10 weeks; a mobile MVP takes 8–14 weeks. The variance comes down to scope clarity, design readiness, and third-party integrations.
The biggest timeline killers we see: undefined requirements (adds 2–3 weeks of back-and-forth), scope creep mid-sprint (adds 1–2 weeks per major addition), and delayed feedback cycles (adds days per review round).
Our advice: invest a week in a proper discovery sprint before writing a line of code. A clear spec, wireframes, and agreed acceptance criteria will save you more time than any technical shortcut.
